What ImageFactory is
ImageFactory makes images for you when you ask an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, or call our API. It is offered as a private service and an account may be limited or closed at any time.
Your content
You keep the rights you have in your prompts, brand kits and reference images, and you confirm you may upload and use them. The images are generated by an AI model. Results can contain mistakes, including misspelled text, and they may resemble existing works. Check an image before you publish or print it.
Public image links
Every generated image is served from a public web address that anyone who has the link can open. The address is long and random, but it is not private. Do not generate images you need to keep confidential. Deleting an image stops its link from working. Brand reference images are private and are never served from a public address.
Credits
Images are paid for with credits. Credits are reserved when you ask for an image and charged only for images that are delivered. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not use ImageFactory to make unlawful content, content that targets or sexualises minors, deceptive material about real people, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. Do not try to bypass the safety checks, share your keys, or put load on the service that affects other people.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. It depends on third parties and may be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the credits you bought in the previous three months.
