What we keep
- Your email address and sign-in records, so you can sign in.
- Your brand kits and the reference images you add to them (kept private).
- The prompts you send and the images made from them, with their size, seed and credit cost.
- A credit ledger, and the names and last-used times of your API keys and connected apps.
Who handles it
Prompts and reference images are sent to fal.ai to generate the images, and fal.ai returns the result. We ask fal.ai not to keep request history. Cloudflare hosts the service, stores your data and delivers email. When you use Claude or ChatGPT, that provider's own terms and privacy notice apply to what you type there.
Public image links
A generated image is available to anyone who has its link. Delete the image to turn the link off.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or delete your account. Account deletion removes your brand kits, images, keys and connections after a 30-day grace period. Billing and security records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can delete images and brand kits through your assistant, disconnect apps and revoke API keys on your account page, and delete your account there. To ask for a copy of your data or a correction, write to support@imagefactory.zhst.app.
